GrowSEB ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our marketing website (growseb.com), use our SaaS platform (app.growseb.com) or the GrowSEB mobile app for iOS and Android, including all associated tools and services under the SEBX AI product suite.

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our services.

SEB Brain (our AI assistant) and our AI tools (AI Writer, Content Planner, Topical Map, Press Release, Review Responder, Domain Knowledge, LLM Visibility, Compare Domains and AI keyword ideas in the Rank Tracker) use OpenAI to generate answers and content. OpenAI processes this data to provide the feature on our behalf.

AI answers can be wrong. Check important results against the data in our tools before you rely on them.

The GrowSEB app for iOS and Android uses the same account and data as app.growseb.com, so everything above applies to it. In addition:

• Photos and videos: The app receives only the photos or videos you pick (a profile photo, a workspace logo, or media for a social post). It does not read the rest of your library.
• Device information: Your device model and operating system version are saved as the name of the signed-in device, so you can see and sign out devices in Settings → Password & devices.
• Support requests: When you contact support from the app, the request includes the app version, and our server records your IP address and device user agent to help us investigate.
• Sign-in: Your sign-in token is kept in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). Signing out, or signing out the device from another one, ends it.
• Purchases: On iPhone and iPad, SEB Wallet credit is bought through the App Store and paid with your Apple ID. Apple handles the payment; we receive the purchase record (product, date and transaction ID) to add the credit, never your card details. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• App updates: When it starts, the app asks Expo's update service whether a newer version of the app is available. That request includes your device platform, app version and IP address.
• What the app does not do: It does not collect your location, contacts, or camera or microphone input, does not use advertising identifiers, and contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code. It does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• Deleting your account: Settings → Delete account in the app deletes your account, as described under Data Retention.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Active accounts: Data is retained for the lifetime of your account.
• Account deletion: You can delete your account in the mobile app (Settings → Delete account) or ask us to. You lose access at once, every signed-in device is signed out, and your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke GrowSEB's access to your Apple ID.
• Legal obligations: Certain financial and transaction records may be retained as required by law (typically 5–7 years).
• Backups: Copies of deleted data can remain in our backups for up to 30 days after it is removed from our live systems. Our backup archives are encrypted and are deleted automatically once they are 30 days old.

GrowSEB is operated from India, and our primary servers are located in Digital Ocean data centers. If you are accessing our services from outside India, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India.

We ensure that all international data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the use of appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

Our services are designed for business professionals and are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, we will promptly delete it and terminate the associated account.

If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hello@growseb.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• We will notify registered users via email
• We may display a prominent notice on our website or platform
